Advising on matters of corporate and commercial law is one of our core competencies.
We advise on all issues, including general
company law, company formation, shareholder matters, joint ventures and businessrelated advice.
Public law
Taxes and duties
We incorporate public law into our general advice and offer specialised assistance to clients
both private and public on the Danish Public
Administration Act, the Danish Access to Public
Administrative Documents Act, and on general
administrative law.
Our tax law group offers targeted advice and
assistance with litigation. Drawing on years
of accumulated specialist knowledge, we
apply our expertise in the field to benefit our
clients and to advance professional insight
in the area.
Planning
Transport law
We advise on all aspects of planning law, sometimes serving as trusted adviser for local plan
issues and complaints, at other times advising
on project development. Clients also seek our
advice and representation for complaints and
litigation purposes.
We advise freight forwarders, carriers and
cargo owners on all matters relating to
international trade, including freight and
warehouse agreements, insurance needs and
cover, and Incoterms.
Project development
Public procurement
From single properties to entire districts, we
have years of experience in the development
of residential and urban areas. We participate
in the entire project process from ideation to
realisation – handling cooperation agreements,
purchase agreements, development agreements, etc.
We have extensive experience in all aspects
of procurement, including in relation to the
duty to call for tenders, setting tender strategy,
drafting of tender documents, conducting
dialogue and negotiations, as well as preparing
and reviewing applications and tenders.
Insolvency and restructuring
Mergers and acquisitions
When it comes to dealing with distressed
exposures, we have been a preferred partner
of the financial sector for years, including
in relation to restructuring proceedings,
refinancing, capital raising, establishing guarantees, etc.
Our M&A team advises on domestic and
international mergers and acquisitions –
across a wide range of sectors, on both sides
of the process, and from start to finish.
Litigation
Arbitration
While we have many years’ experience
conducting litigation and arbitration proceedings, we never do it for the sake of it. We do
it for the client’s sake. Many of our lawyers
are admitted to the Danish Supreme Court;
some are also qualified arbitrators and mediators.
We conduct all types of domestic and international arbitration cases, including construction arbitration, ad hoc arbitration, institutional arbitration, arbitration at the Danish
Institute of Arbitration, special arbitration,
arbitration at the ICC, etc.
